Log Data

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (Log Data). This Log Data may include information such as your computer`s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, information regarding payment transactions (without specific payment method information) and other statistics.

This information is not sold by the USWM office, and is only used for the processing of online payments for USWM Claimant`s annual assessments. Proceeding to make payments on the USWM website is agreeing that we may use strictly necessary cookies to complete the payment transaction.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Payment processing occurs through our third-party provider, Stripe. Once your account has been accessed in the payments portal all credit card processing information is collected and used by Stripe alone. The USWM office does not collect or store any credit card processing information aside from your claimant account data. We are provided with information about the transaction from Stripe, but no details about the payment method.

 

Analytics

This site may use Google Analytics to retrieve information about site visits and statistics to improve your experience on our site. Google Analytics (this service) is a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. This service doesn`t identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use the reports generated by this service to improve our understanding of the website traffic and usage. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Payment Providers

Our site utilizes a third party Stripe for payment processing. This site no access to your credit card data. According to Stripe`s Privacy Policy at the time of posting this page, when you visit the Stripe website or use Stripe Services, Stripe may collect data on the pages you access, your computer IP address, device identifiers, the type of operating system you`re using, your location, mobile network information, standard web log data and other information. Stripe may also collect information about your transactions and your activities, including contact, financial and personal information. Stripe does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. It shares with us only the billing address and order details required for order processing. Some types of Stripe services/transactions require a Stripe account to be created. Custom Forms

This site may contain custom forms such as a `Contact Us` or `Customer Service Request` form which allows a user to submit their contact info for further follow up. This information will be used for the transaction of business (such as scheduling support contacts and arranging payments) and is not intended for marketing purposes.
