USWM provides payment processing services for water right holders who receive
an annual assessment for water rights on the Carson and Truckee Rivers. We

for your USWM annual assessment is due on or before the due date specified on
your bill. Late payments may be subject to additional fees and penalties. We
accept various forms of payment, including but not limited to credit cards,
debit cards, electronic funds transfers, and checks. Online payments are
provided as a service to the water right holders receiving and annual
assessment. System outages site errors, problems with our third-party payment
processing provider or issues with your payment method do not relieve you of
your obligation to pay. Please contact us immediately if there are issues
processing your payment.
Billing and Invoicing
We will provide you with an annual assessment for your Truckee or Carson
surface water rights. You are responsible for reviewing your assessment and
notifying us of any errors or discrepancies. Failure to do so will be deemed
acceptance of the charges.
